Check in with your journal and rate both your stress level and mood from 1 to 10. Do a brain dump in your journal.
Acceptances of emotions and thought, and learn how to diffuse them through journaling and prayer. I accept my anxiety and feelings. I want to get better. I turn my life over to God and open up to His guidance.
Relaxation: deep breathing. Breathe in 2,3,4. Hold 2,3,4. Out 2,3,4. Or alternate with yoga breathing.
End emotion mind and live in wise mind. Create a game plan to follow and live by.
If things do not change, your life will stay the same. You will stay stuck and fail to live a life of purpose and meaning. Life will be the same old, same old. You will continue to wake up every morning feeling bored and unhappy with life.
You don’t have to keep drifting along. I can lead you in the right direction to get more out of life by living a life of value, hope, and meaning.

A CARE Course
You will learn and perform special skills and and activities to help you relax and recharge your batteries. I created a toolbox of personal growth techniques for you. Try all of them and use them on a daily basis. None of these skills and activities are new. I didn’t invent them, but put them together as a resource for you and me to utilize
